Welcome to our meeting. You will need to RSVP here through Eventbrite and also nominate your charity at the same time. The event will get underway at 5:30 pm with the meeting commencing at 5:45 pm. The venue and the bar will be open for 30 minutes before and after for networking.
The meeting will begin with a brief welcome, followed by three 5-minute presentations from the randomly drawn charities. Following their presentations, you will then vote for the charity of your choice. Ballots will then be counted, and the winning charity will be announced there and then. If you haven’t already sent your e-transfer to Debbie, please write your cheque to the winning charity, and leave it in the basket on the table at the entrance to the ballroom. There will not be a formal registration process or desk.
